This application provides access to the ePaper— the digital edition of the Hildesheimer Allgemeine Zeitung—containing all the content of the printed newspaper. Since spring 2021, the digital edition has been available one day in advance. The app alerts users as soon as the latest issue is ready for viewing.

In addition, the "Hildesheim heute" section offers current news updates sourced from the website hildesheimer-allgemeine.de. An archive is available, along with supplementary inserts and magazines.

The editorial team also dispatches time-sensitive updates from Stadt and Region Hildesheim directly via push notifications. Users must permit the app to send these alerts.

Subscription payments are processed through your iTunes account following confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period expires.

Your iTunes account will be billed within 24 hours prior to the end of each subscription cycle for the subsequent period. Users can disable automatic renewal at any time through their iTunes account settings.

Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be canceled before its expiration date.
